Jaisleen Nijjar
I'm a marketing student focused on growth, content, and research-driven strategy, currently pursuing my B.S. in Business Marketing at San José State University. I most recently worked as a Growth Marketing Intern at Cohesity, where I tested LinkedIn lead-gen forms across financial-services campaigns, built a Copilot-based reporting automation, and ran creative audits across 150+ ads spanning three regional campaigns. Before that, I led Cohesity's intern visibility campaign as a Social Media Intern, driving 116K+ impressions and 34K+ engagements across five platforms, and managed 8 student consultants as Marketing Project Manager on a semester-long Cohesity engagement through the SJSU Marketing Association. I'm also a Research Assistant in Applied AI under Prof. Serkan Saka at SJSU, where I distill academic papers and industry reports from MIT, Wharton, Stanford, and other institutions into executive-ready thought leadership on agentic AI. Previously at Tesla, I helped survey consumers and benchmark blogs to shape a three-pillar content strategy.
